This succulent loves living between rocks, and we have lots in our drystone walls around the flower beds in our garden. I once went around the garden trying to invent names for the flowers I didn’t know. I called this “Troll’s hair”, but looking at how the petals break out through the ice in this picture, I decided the image had to touch on fire in its name.
